• Experience in running an assignment desk, communicating with reporters and photographers, and making decisions that reflect the best possible news judgement.

• Also responsible for managing the station's website and writing web articles.

• Communicating with directors and technical directors to ensure that everyone is on the same page as far as what is happening with a show.

• Creative problem solving under pressure, and communicating any changes clearly and effectively to everyone involved in the newscast.

• Secured a position after successfully interning for a semester

• Responsible for floor directing, operating cameras and teleprompter, and appearing on-air as talent
